Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, handle guest complaints, and ensure a high standard of service in all areas.
  • Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and train hotel staff, conduct meetings, set performance goals, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and financial performance, manage costs, and work towards maximizing profitability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the daily operations of all departments, such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business and operational strategies to align with the hotel's broader business goals and drive long-term success.
  • Vendor & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the quality of products and services.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the hotel adheres to all health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
