A Hotel Operations Director oversees all hotel departments and daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction, high service standards, and profitability. Key responsibilities include staff management and training, financial management and budgeting, developing operational strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards, and coordinating with department heads and vendors to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, handle guest complaints, and ensure a high standard of service in all areas.
  • Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and train hotel staff, conduct meetings, set performance goals, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and financial performance, manage costs, and work towards maximizing profitability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the daily operations of all departments, such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business and operational strategies to align with the hotel's broader business goals and drive long-term success.
  • Vendor & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the quality of products and services.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the hotel adheres to all health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
