  • Able to Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
  • Able to install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
  • Able to diagnose equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
  • Able to diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
  • Able to perform plumbing , carpentry and masonry, or tile setting tasks not a requirement but is a definite advantage
  • Able to install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
  • Able to clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.
  • Able to carry out specific oral and written instructions.
  • Able to maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
  • Able to ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Able to maintains the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Able to train and instruct other members of the staff through sharing of knowledge and skills.
  • Able to perform other related duties as assigned by Upper Management, open to relocate job location from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
