As Product Manager for Treasury Products & Financial Operations, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Maya's core treasury capabilities—including clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and correspondent banking infrastructure. This role is pivotal in scaling Maya's financial operations, delivering innovative settlement products, and ensuring operational integrity in a regulated, high-volume environment. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, and Engineering to enhance real-time fund visibility, financial reconciliation, and transaction processing across the full payment lifecycle. Your work will drive automation, efficiency, and trust across all facets of Maya's financial operations.

What you will do:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Maya's treasury infrastructure, including reconciliation, settlement, clearing, and banking relationships.
  • Develop innovative settlement solutions, with exploration and integration of emerging technologies such as Crypto and Stablecoins.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Treasury teams to build tools for real-time fund monitoring, anomaly detection, and transaction auditing.
  • Design end-to-end fund flows and reconciliation processes across acquiring, issuing, disbursement, and remittance value chains.
  • Lead the development of scalable ledger systems, journal engines, and reconciliation modules that ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive the automation and modernization of Maya's accounting systems to align with the evolving needs of digital banking and embedded finance.
  • Prioritize and deliver enhancements to support journal batching, ledger performance, and financial traceability at scale.
  • Own the product experience, operational adoption, and usability of treasury tools across Maya's internal finance ecosystem.
  • Ensure products meet audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements in alignment with BSP standards and other relevant bodies.
  • Operate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement treasury products that balance speed, reliability, compliance, and financial clarity.
  • Lead initiatives to operationalize financial products with accurate accounting, settlement, and revenue recognition.
  • Bring deep expertise in treasury, settlements, banking rails (e.g., Swift, ACH), and productizing financial infrastructure.

What we are looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within Financial Services, Banking, or Treasury systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in treasury or financial operations, with exposure to settlement networks, fund flows, and clearing systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation frameworks, and financial reporting tools.
  • Deep familiarity with payment rails, clearing houses, and emerging treasury infrastructure (e.g., digital currencies, programmable money).
  • Proven track record of launching complex financial products in regulated markets.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, ERP systems, accounting software, and SQL-based data extraction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning technical and non- technical stakeholders.
  • Highly curious and adaptive; comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating in fast-paced
