- Your schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Philippine Time.
- Salary range is PHP 45, ,000 per month, depending on experience.

This is an Ad Builder position, where you will play a key support role within the paid media team by owning the setup and preparation of all paid ads across platforms. This includes building ads within Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest based on supplied briefs, ensuring everything is aligned with the client's campaign calendar, brand guidelines, and internal SOPs.
This role demands precision, speed, and autonomy in executing pre-approved digital ad campaigns under clear instructions from the Performance Marketing Team.
- Interpret and execute pre-approved campaign briefs provided by the media buying team and/or creative strategist.
- Prepare, build, and launch ads on Meta Ads Manager with some involvement on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest, ensuring correct formats, targeting, naming conventions, UTMs, creative placements, and copy usage.
- Perform internal QA (Quality Assurance) checks prior to client review and final launch of campaigns.
- Coordinate with the media buying and creative teams to ensure everything is built on time and to specification.
- Follow and prioritize ads accurately based on the marketing calendar, managing volume according to schedule and priorities.
- Maintain strong communication across channels (Slack, Asana) to flag any blockers or seek clarification early.
- Adhere closely to instructions from the Performance Marketing team.
- Brings over 2 years of hands-on experience building and managing campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads, with demonstrated proficiency in platform navigation.
- Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Ad Specialist, Digital Ad Operations Specialist, Digital Ad Campaign Implementer, and similar roles.
- Strong ad-building expertise on Meta platforms is highly regarded.
- Executes end-to-end ad operations, including creative uploads, audience targeting, naming conventions, UTM tracking, link validation, and QA checks to ensure campaign accuracy.
- Operates confidently across additional advertising platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.
- Utilizes project management and communication tools such as Asana and Slack to support workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
- Performs effectively in high-volume ad environments within fast-paced agency settings.
- Communicates clearly in writing and maintains thorough task documentation.
- Follows briefs accurately and asks thoughtful, clarifying questions to ensure proper understanding before execution.
