2 PURCHASING STAFF (Dasmariñas- Salitran Cavite)

A purchasing is responsible for assisting in the procurement of goods and services, includes managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing. Key duties involve researching vendors, negotiating prices, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement software (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of market research and supplier evaluation.
