Job Description:
- Support in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Provide first-line support for employee inquiries and HR policy questions.
- Assist in managing performance review cycles and documentation.
- Provide support in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Assist with compliance tasks, including labor law and policy updates.
- Lead and support HR-related projects such as policy rollouts, system implementations, and engagement surveys.
- Monitor project budgets and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Create project documentation and presentation for HR-related projects.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations for ManCom and OpsCom, and other relevant meetings of HR Department head.
Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine laborlaws,regulations, andHR best practices.
- Strong understanding ofthe recruitment process, performancemanagement, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational,time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a diverseworkload effectively. High level ofintegrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook) andexperience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related course
- Proven experience of atleast 4 years as an HRGeneralist, with experience managing the full HR function independently within the education industry.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
