JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- With 3 years of experience in 4+ years in financial account
- Has experience for at least 2 year in team leader role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the team's daily operations, including knowledge, procedure, and attendance compliance.
- Handle customer and internal stakeholder escalations
- Offer team members regular mentoring, structured reviews, and performance feedback.
- Work together with training and quality departments to bridge knowledge gaps and promote operational excellence.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and adherence to contractual duties.
