JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • With 3 years of experience in 4+ years in financial account
  • Has experience for at least 2 year in team leader role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the team's daily operations, including knowledge, procedure, and attendance compliance.
  • Handle customer and internal stakeholder escalations
  • Offer team members regular mentoring, structured reviews, and performance feedback.
  • Work together with training and quality departments to bridge knowledge gaps and promote operational excellence.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and adherence to contractual duties.
