Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Design, Product Design, or related programs.

  • Proven experience in product design and development, including research, conceptualization, and prototyping (minimum 5 years preferred).

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics.

  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and visualization skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow designers, production teams, and clients.

  • Background in sustainable design, human-centered design, and design strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative product concepts from research to final design.

  • Create 2D sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings for production.

  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.

  • Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and emerging technologies.

  • Prepare design presentations and proposals for internal and client reviews.
