About the role

Coffral Formworks And Scaffolds, Inc. is seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. As a full-time Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that support our marketing and branding initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and producing high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for use across various marketing channels, including our website, social media platforms, and print materials
  2. Collaborating with the marketing, sales, engineering, HR/Admin teams to understand design requirements and translating them into effective visual solutions
  3. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to ensure our visual brand remains fresh and engaging
  4. Providing creative input and ideas to enhance the overall brand identity and visual messaging
  5. Ensuring all design work adheres to brand guidelines and style standards
  6. Participating in regular design reviews and receiving feedback to continuously improve your work

What we're looking for

  1. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphics design role, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
  5. Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  7. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
