Warehouse Encoder

Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate and timely encoding of warehouse data including inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches, supporting efficient warehouse operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify physical stock against system records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of warehouse documents.
• Assist in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience

1–2 years of experience in data encoding, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
