Job Summary

The Receiving & Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of receiving and releasing goods, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), accurate documentation, and the security of docking and warehouse premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all Receiving and Dispatching SOPs.
  • Validate and oversee the proper handling of Return to Vendor (RTV) items, bad order disposals, stock transfers, and transfer requests.
  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through effective monitoring and control.
  • Monitor and manage document flow from initial receiving to submission for data encoding by the Inventory Clerk.
  • Oversee the proper handling, disposal, and documentation of scrap materials and cartons.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or receiving operations.
