You will work closely with local third-party attorneys and authorities to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective evictions. Your role is pivotal in building and refining processes to maintain a smooth operation across various jurisdictions. You'll also manage technology platforms like Salesforce and Buildium to ensure accurate, up-to-date case tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development & Documentation: Create, refine, and implement documented processes for eviction and other legal procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Technology Management: Use tools like Salesforce and Buildium daily to track cases, communicate with legal teams, and update records. A strong understanding of these tools is key to success in this role.

  • Eviction Success Rate: Ensure successful evictions by managing the entire process from start to finish, ensuring minimal delays.
  • Efficiency: Reduce the time it takes to complete evictions, aiming for the quickest resolution possible.
  • Cost Management: Work to lower the overall cost of eviction procedures by streamlining processes and minimizing unnecessary expenses.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical, especially when dealing with court processes and deadlines. Your ability to track every detail ensures successful outcomes.
  • Eviction Experience: A deep understanding of the eviction process, ideally with experience across different U.S. jurisdictions, including knowledge of local rules and regulations.
  • Proactive Approach: You are solution-oriented, with a strong bias towards action and the ability to work independently to solve problems.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using platforms like Salesforce, Buildium, and other tools to manage cases and communicate effectively.
