Paralegal Supervisor

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join our team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support within our Corporate Secretarial and Compliance functions. Your expertise will ensure our organization remains fully compliant with regulatory requirements while maintaining efficient management of legal documents and stock transfer processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on stock transfer and corporate secretarial matters.
• Oversee and supervise the management of the Group's stock transfer records and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), and other regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain efficient legal document management systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and legal advisory functions.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulators, legal counsel, and internal departments, to promote best practices and compliance standards.
• Support corporate governance activities, including preparing minutes, notices, and filings for various business units.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to document control and legal operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal, corporate secretarial, or compliance functions.
• With leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of stock transfer, corporate secretarial procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational, document management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal document management systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a hybrid work environment located in Makati City, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
