Financial Services External Audit Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager to lead client audit engagements within the banking and insurance industries. This role requires a seasoned CPA who can manage end-to-end audit execution — from planning and control analysis to documentation, reporting, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client audit engagements and assigned teams.
- Oversee the full engagement lifecycle — including initial planning, process and control analysis, audit documentation review, and preparation of management letters and reports.
- Monitor engagement progress against budget and timelines, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Perform audits of companies in the banking or insurance sectors, applying deep industry knowledge and external audit expertise.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 5–8+ years of external audit experience, with significant exposure to banking and/or insurance industries.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Can start ASAP.

Pay: Php70, Php78,000.00 per month
