【Job responsibilities】

3. Responsible for planning TIKTOK live comprehensive activities, according to the activities of the marketing objectives and planning to develop specific implementation programs and landing; familiar with the rhythm of the flow of the live room, do a good job of goods planning inventory, anchor training, anchor tactics integration, field control, and other field operations;

4. Responsible for the operation and management of the local live team, complete the team building, improve the business process, improve the efficiency of the live team, responsible for the operating indicators.

【Requirements】

1. Bachelor degree or above , 1 year and above e-commerce platform live operation related experience, FMCG brand live service experience is preferred;

2. Love the live broadcast industry, familiar with the dissemination mechanism and operation rules of Jitterbug or TikTok, understand the basic rules of small store operation, strong data analysis ability;

3. Clear logic, strong resistance to pressure, strong self-driven, requirements for comprehensive quality, local live broadcast team management experience.

4. Fluent communication in English or Chinese
