Job Title: Livestream Host (Philippines) – Onsite (Manila/BGC)

Location: Manila/BGC – Onsite Studio

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends as needed)

Reports To: Content Operations Manager

About the Role

We're looking for charismatic, engaging, and sales-driven Livestream Hosts to be the face of our TikTok Live selling events. You'll connect with audiences in real time, showcase products in an entertaining and persuasive way, and help convert viewers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host 2–5 TikTok Live events per week, following the provided run-of-show and script.
  • Present and demonstrate products, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Keep energy high to maintain audience attention throughout the livestream.
  • Engage viewers, respond to comments/questions in real time, and encourage purchases, shares, and follows.
  • Create urgency with flash deals, time-limited offers, and bundles.
  • Collaborate with the Producer and Live Moderator for smooth execution.
  • Participate in short promotional videos for upcoming livestreams.
  • Share feedback and suggest improvements for future events.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in sales, live hosting, product demos, or influencer/creator roles.
  • TikTok Live or live commerce experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable, confident, and natural on camera.
  • Strong audience engagement and persuasive selling skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and energetic personality.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Conversion rate per livestream.
  • Viewer engagement rate (comments, likes, shares).
  • Revenue per event.
  • Audience retention and repeat viewer rate.

  • Basic e-commerce and live streaming tools knowledge
