About the Role

We're looking for a TikTok Live Commerce Producer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our TikTok live selling events. This role combines creative production, e-commerce strategy, and performance analysis — ensuring that every livestream is engaging, on-brand, and revenue-driven.

As the Producer, you'll own the full production cycle: from product selection and pricing strategy, to show flow and audience engagement, to managing hosts, moderators, and technical crew during broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities

Live Commerce Strategy & Planning

  • Develop a weekly TikTok Live calendar aligned with campaigns, trends, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Select and sequence products based on sales data, inventory, and audience demand.
  • Define promotional pricing, bundle offers, and limited-time deals to maximize conversions.
  • Prepare run sheets with segment breakdowns, talking points, upsell triggers, and engagement cues.

Production Oversight

  • Act as show producer during live broadcasts to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with the Host to refine product talking points and selling angles.
  • Coordinate with the Moderator to integrate Q&A, promos, and comments in real time.
  • Oversee technical operations (lighting, audio, visuals) to maintain quality standards.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track key livestream metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions, sales per minute).
  • Identify winning products, hooks, and formats to replicate in future events.
  • Test and refine product sequencing, CTAs, and pricing strategies.
  • Deliver post-event performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaboration & Content Integration

  • Partner with the Content Producer and Multimedia Artist to develop graphics, overlays, and pre-live promos.
  • Align livestream themes with the brand's overall content calendar.
  • Suggest short-form content ideas from high-performing live segments.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years in e-commerce live selling, social commerce production, or TV/home shopping.
  • Proven success in boosting engagement and sales via live content.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of TikTok Live and live commerce platforms.
  • E-commerce merchandising and pricing strategy expertise.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Confident in managing talent and live broadcast dynamics.

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented but adaptable to real-time changes.
  • Sales-driven with strong audience empathy.
  • Creative problem-solver under pressure.
