  • Ensures all contracts are executed within fair market standards as appropriate.
  • Tracks workflow and contract implementation for all business partner contracts.
  • Conduct appropriate studies and benchmarking to establish competitiveness regarding features and benefits, practices that will prove advantageous to the business.
  • Take the lead in the contract drafting, vendor negotiation (on certain terms and conditions) and process review/alignment with legal, finance, touchpoint and other concerned stakeholders prior any contract executions
  • Execute established processes, procedure and internal controls to accurately record contract-related matters.
  • Analyze and maintain a complete and accurate ledger of all contracts ensuring expiration, rates and special programs (special campaigns) are being acted upon.
  • Manage and execute renewal or termination of contracts in compliance with the policy and procedure.
  • Liaise closely with all touchpoint, including but not limited to legal team, to ensure clarity of the contract content and interpretation.
  • Review and attend to legal cases, DOLE/NLRC and other mediations related to service partners, ensuring proper coordination with legal team and other collaborators are conducted for proper handling/resolution of cases
  • Thorough evaluation and assessment of security reports or reported service partner's non-compliances, breaches, customer complaints and security cases, ensuring that appropriate sanction is served within the bounds of the contract
  • Must act as a subject matter expert by having an in-dept knowledge of the contract, programs and partnership and the appropriate rates & contracts intended.
  • Provide visibility through reporting for all the contracts on a periodic basis agreed with the Pricing & Contracts Senior Manager.
  • Review results for completeness by assuring that all reports, schedules, and reconciliations are completed by the team in a timely and accurate method.
  • Lead any query concerning contract and pricing concern that may be raised by service partners or touchpoint.
  • Resolve issues base on SLA base concerning all assigned studies and individual contracts.
  • Implement new controls/procedures and improve processes.
  • Support various audits by providing documents, schedules, and other relevant information.
  • Work closely across functions in resolving issues and be able to chase them for closure of issues.
  • Timely updates of the tools and reports.
  • Consistent completion and attainment of set matrix, individually and as a team.
  • Work on set timeline and deliverables aiming to drive productivity.
  • Perform other task that maybe assigned that deems crutial to the departments objective
