About the role

Join the dynamic team at Westfair Marketing, Inc. as a full-time Marketing Assistant in our South Triangle Quezon City Metro Manila office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events
  2. Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, brochures, and presentations
  3. Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities
  5. Manage and update the company's marketing databases and customer records
  6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree required for this position
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  3. Marketing experience is required; candidates must have relevant marketing background
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  6. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
  7. Proficiency required in Canva, advanced Excel, Facebook/Instagram, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM
  8. A creative mindset and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
  9. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
