JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Admin Staff will support the overall administrative functions of the company or department by performing a variety of clerical, organizational, and operational tasks. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills to ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently and smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate or any 4 years course.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Location: One Corporate Center, Pasig City.
