About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join YONDU INC.' as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant. As a member of our Information & Communication Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, helping them to optimise and leverage the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse client requirements and design effective solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to meet client needs
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our consulting services

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement features, functionality, and best practices
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to meet client requirements
  • Power Platform expertise for Dynamics 365 development and customisation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in delivering technical training and providing user support
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree qualification
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred but not required
