As a
Dynamics 365 F&O Developer
, you will design, develop, and enhance ERP solutions that support worldwide manufacturing operations. You'll work across ERP, automation, and analytics teams to create high-performing systems, improve workflows, and enable continuous operational efficiency. Your technical leadership will ensure stability, scalability, and long-term system reliability.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

• 1-3+ years
  developing
  Dynamics 365 F&O
  using
  X++
• Hands-on experience with
  PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven)
• Experience with
  Azure DevOps
  , CI/CD pipelines, version control, and ALM practices
• Exposure to
  D365 upgrade cycles
  and regression testing
• Experience or interest in
  manufacturing automation system integrations

Technical Skills

• SQL, performance tuning, OData, REST, Dataverse, Dual-Write
• Logic Apps, Power Automate, data modeling, DAX
• Strong debugging and optimization capabilities

Soft Skills

• Analytical and proactive problem-solver
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail

Preferred Certifications

• Dynamics 365 F&O Developer or Functional Consultant
• Power Platform Developer Associate
• Azure DevOps Engineer

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O extensions and workflows using X++, following clean code principles and standards.
• Build advanced dashboards and reports using DAX, data modeling, and D365 integration.
• Develop and maintain PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven) with integrations to Dataverse, F&O, and external systems.
• Manage code lifecycle using Azure DevOps, including branching, CI/CD pipelines, revision tracking, and deployment automation.
• Test and update custom code during Microsoft's D365 bi-annual upgrades, conducting regression testing and resolving logic conflicts.
• Implement and optimize integrations with manufacturing automation systems for real-time data synchronization.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and release notes.
• Conduct unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing to ensure performance stability.
• Optimize X++, SQL, and reporting performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
