About the role

Join the dynamic team at YONDU INC.' as a Dynamics 365 Business Central expert. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in implementing and supporting the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, helping to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency for our clients. Based in the vibrant Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Core expertise lies in development and technical consulting, with the ability to take on full techno-functional delivery roles as needed.
  • Experienced in end-to-end implementations across manufacturing, services, insurance, and project-based industries.
  • Highly proficient in AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE development – capable of leading complex customization, integration, and upgrade projects.
  • Hands-on experience with upgrades from NAV 4.0 to BC, including data and application migration.Skilled in integrating WMS (Warehouse Insight), Ship-it (Fenwick), Power BI embedded reports, and API development.
  • Strong client-facing experience: requirements gathering, solution design, scoping, documentation, and training.
  • Regularly supports live environments including bug fixes, enhancement management, and system upgrades.
  • Has led and supported multiple projects across all stages — from scope to Go Live and post-Go Live support.Experience with Power Automate and Power BI reporting
