Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

2. Manage and maintain brand presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

3. Schedule posts using social media management tools.
4. Gather and analyze performance data through platform analytics to optimize engagement.

5. Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.

6. Content Calendar Management

7. Assist in creating and maintaining a detailed content calendar.

8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns.
9. Conduct content research to stay ahead of trends and ensure content is relevant and engaging.

10. Perform benchmarking to identify industry best practices and apply them to our strategies.

11. Copywriting & Brand Strategy

12. Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.

13. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.

14. Contribute to the development of brand strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

15. Campaign Creation & Ads Management

16. Assist in planning, creating, and managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.

17. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
18. Implement, monitor, and analyze digital ads on Meta, Tiktok and Linked-in.

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience in managing social media platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and report on social media analytics.
• Experience in community management, including responding to comments and messages.

Required Soft Skills:

• Up-to-date on Social Media Trends: Stay current with social media trends and platform updates to ensure strategies remain relevant.
• Creativity: Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content and campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Time Management: Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Presentation Skills: Confidently present ideas, strategies, and reports to both the internal team and clients.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and free of errors.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Identify challenges and come up with practical, effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a bonus.
