Spare Parts Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • According to the MOS plan to perform the on-site quality inspection, such as for outsourcing materials review of civil work, and supervise the subcontractor to complete the site sign after MOS, and site verify after hardware installation finished, and also for the materials discrepancy handling, so as to ensure the on-site physical goods security.
  • Plan the spare parts management business, including the spare parts management model, demands planning, and spare parts management system and process based on the contract.

  • Time Management

Experience

  • less than 1 year of relevant working experience

Education

  • Candidate must possess a 4 years Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, as these fields are most aligned with the technical, logistics, and process management requirements of the role.

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Good with all office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access
