What is your mission?

we are looking for a Klaviyo Automation Specialist to build and optimize lifecycle flows, maintain the Klaviyo–Magento integration, create segmented email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and recommend strategies to increase revenue. You will handle onsite list growth efforts, troubleshoot data sync issues, and use customer behavior to deliver targeted, high-impact messages that support eCommerce growth.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Build, optimize, and manage Klaviyo flows including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Checkout Abandonment, Browse Abandonment, Post‑Purchase, and Win‑Back
  • Ensure accurate data syncing and communication between Klaviyo and Magento to maintain reliable automation
  • Use segmentation and customer behavior triggers to deliver personalized, high-converting lifecycle messages
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the Klaviyo–Magento integration, ensuring proper syncing of catalog, customer data, and order events
  • Use real-time events (views, carts, purchases) to trigger automation flows
  • Create, schedule, and send campaign emails aligned with marketing strategies
  • Build targeted segments to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences
  • Test subject lines, content, and send timing to improve engagement and conversions
  • Monitor key email metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, revenue contribution, and conversion
  • Assess performance gaps within existing flows and recommend improvements to increase email-driven revenue
  • Support onsite list growth through pop-ups, exit-intent forms, and sign-up forms
  • Assist in initiatives to boost subscriber acquisition and re-engagement
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
  • 3+ years of direct experience working with Klaviyo
  • Strong hands-on experience setting up Klaviyo accounts, integrating eCommerce platforms, and building end-to-end lifecycle automations
  • Experience integrating Klaviyo with Magento / Adobe Commerce and troubleshooting sync issues
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation flows, customer lifecycle strategies, and behavior-based targeting
  • Ability to use customer data and purchase behavior to drive engagement, conversions, cross-sell, upsell, and repeat purchases
  • Experience with other eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Familiarity with SMS tools, loyalty programs, onsite CRO tools, or marketing automation add-ons
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and performance optimization
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables
