Job Description: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Manila, Philippines (Remote)
Job Type: Part-time (PST hours)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize various email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact to manage campaigns.
  • Create, design, and optimize email templates to enhance user experience and promote brand visibility.
  • Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns, analyzing results to make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage email subscriber lists, including segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to ensure our strategies are competitive.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing with a strong understanding of best practices.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years and maximum 10 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact.
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing and analyzing data to track campaign performance.
