Consistently implements all standard operating procedures and quality standards in bar operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve beverages to guests within standard serving times, ensuring quality and consistency.

Product Standards: Maintain beverage product quality by regularly checking and tasting drinks.

Inventory Management: Ensure bar products are always available and manage inventory. Perform physical inventory counts and daily stock updates.

Bar Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, utensils, glassware, blenders, and other equipment before, during, and after service.

Cost Control: Control bar costs through strict compliance with procedures such as inventory management, requisition, and FIFO (First In, First Out).

Reporting: Prepare accurate reports for the Quality Controller.

Knowledge: Be well-versed in CIBO cocktails and basic international mixed drinks standards.

Compliance: Adhere to the company's code of conduct and any new systems or procedures to ensure smooth workflow.

Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or other related course.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year experience as a kitchen staff is an advantage.
