Mixologist / Bartendfer

We're looking to hire an EXPERIENCED and capable Mixologist/Bartender with supervisor skills to help lead our team and ensure every customer has a top-notch experience.

You will be responsible for leading our night shift, making quality cocktails (including our signature menu), overseeing staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during service.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the bar as much as running it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and be confident communicating with mostly foreign clientele
• Prepare and serve a range of drinks (cocktails, craft beer, wine, etc.)
• Supervise staff during shifts and support training of new team members
• Manage inventory, restocking, and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Handle cash, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate end-of-day reporting
• Uphold health & safety and licensing regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a bartender (management or supervisor experience a plus)
• Confident mixing classic and signature cocktails (with contribution on new cocktails going forward)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (we are a bar after all)
• Passion for great service and creating a fun, safe environment for customers and staff
• The ability to work together with us to create monthly promotions, events (when required) and increase revenue by pushing popular items, and removing those not hitting the mark

We are only a small bar and by no means have a constant stream of cocktails flowing out, so the majority of the job is overseeing the general operation and being ready to knock up cocktails in a speedy manner when required.

Working Hours:

4pm - 1am, Tuesday - Sunday
