We're looking for a Client Events & Admin Management to take ownership of this crucial role across two exciting and fast-growing businesses — one in digital/marketing/events, and the other a boutique bartending/events company.
This isn't just another admin job — this is your opportunity to run the role like it's your own business. You'll be trusted to work independently, stay on top of your priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Communicating with warm leads and clients via phone and email — building strong relationships with a friendly, professional tone
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and client briefs
- Managing inboxes, calendars, and bookings across both businesses using and gmail
- Assisting with event planning, logistics, and coordination
- Creating simple, on-brand visuals using Canva for proposals or social content
- Performing accurate Excel data entry and reporting
- Handling invoicing and reconciliations using Xero
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the directors
- Keeping everything running smoothly, on time, and to a high standard — with minimal supervision
- Is a confident, friendly communicator, especially over the phone
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Has experience with , Xero, Excel, and Canva
- Takes ownership and works independently — you're someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done
- Has 2–5+ years' experience in admin, events, or client-facing roles
- Is polished, professional, and reliable — but also personable and fun
- Can comfortably juggle responsibilities across two different (but equally exciting) businesses
- Is not a fresh grad — you bring real-world experience and initiative
