The Role:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Proposal Creation

  • Build client proposals using agency templates (data gathering, copy-paste into templates, light customization).
  • Pull competitor keywords and rankings using internal SEO tools.
  • Conduct basic social media competitor research (ad examples, strategies) using provided tools.

Inbox and Appointment Management

  • Manage and triage the CEO's inbox daily (sorting, flagging, drafting simple replies when appropriate).
  • Set and coordinate prospect and client meetings based on inbound leads and proposals.

Research and Reporting

  • Conduct online research to support proposals and marketing campaigns.
  • Assemble research summaries into templates or presentation-ready formats.

Marketing Admin Support

  • Assist in updating social media channels (optional for extra hours).
  • Help systemize administrative workflows (email, follow-ups, task tracking).
Ideal Profile:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, digital marketing admin, or similar role.
  • Background in digital marketing is required
  • Background with SEO is a huge plus
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Slack and Trello.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent written English.
  • Proactive communicator who can build basic systems (email triage, appointment workflows).
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • Comfortable with light video training to learn tools and templates.
  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently with limited supervision after onboarding.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Google Search Console).
  • Experience updating LinkedIn or Facebook pages for business.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
  • Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule:  9AM - 1PM EST / 10PM = 2AM PHT M-F( 4 hours to start)
