1. Incoming Material and Component Inspection
  • Inspect incoming parts like motors, PCBs, wires, casings, cushions, fabrics, chargers, and screws.
  • Verify conformity to product specifications (size, material, functionality).
  • Label and quarantine defective or non-compliant parts.

3. Functional Testing
  • Test units for power-on, motor operation, vibration strength, heat function, speed settings, timers, and remote control response.
  • Monitor and record noise levels, overheating, or irregular movements.
4. Final Product Inspection
  • Perform 100% inspection
  • Visual check: scratches, stains, stitching quality, logo placement, labels, packaging.
  • Functional check: Ensure all modes and settings are working properly.
  • Safety check: No exposed wires, sharp edges, loose parts, or electric leakage.
5. Packaging and Labeling Inspection
  • Verify correct product manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and packaging materials.
  • Ensure proper labeling (product name, model, serial number, safety marks).
  • Check for barcode, date code, and shipping label accuracy.
6. Documentation and Reporting
  • Fill out inspection reports (incoming, in-process, final).
  • Record test results, defect types, and quantities.
  • Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
7. Non-Conformance Handling
  • Tag and isolate defective units.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering for root cause analysis.
  • Monitor rework and verify corrected units before release.
8. Compliance and Standards
  • Ensure products comply with relevant safety standards
  • Adhere to internal SOPs, work instructions, and QMS guidelines.
9. Calibration and Equipment Maintenance
  • Ensure inspection tools (e.g., calipers, voltmeters, force gauges) are calibrated.
  • Maintain test benches and jigs for functional testing.
10. Continuous Improvement Participation
  • Provide feedback on recurring defects or process gaps.
  • Work with R&D or production to improve product quality and reduce returns.
