  1. Production plan formulation and implementation

  2. Organize the production department staffing according to the company's product structure;

  3. Issue production orders according to business ERP, organize and implement the delivery date of purchased materials, evaluate the production workshop capacity, and formulate and complete the production plan;
  4. Comprehensively evaluate the number of employees, machines and equipment, materials in place, product technology, quality requirements, etc. to implement production scheduling and ensure that the production progress meets the order delivery date.

  5. Production team management

  6. Arrange the team production schedule according to the "Production Plan"

  7. Take control of the production process management, and ensure that product quality, production progress, production efficiency, etc. are in place. Semi-finished products and finished products are sent for inspection in batches
  8. Implement the material cleanup and tool return after the order is completed

  9. Material Management

  10. All materials shall be delivered and received according to the order quantity, and zero material loss management shall be implemented

  11. Employee Management

  12. Employee attendance statistics, performance appraisal, and piece-rate wage statistics.

  13. Carry out 6S activities: sorting, straightening, cleaning, sweeping, literacy, and safety to improve basic management and company image;
  14. Ensure production safety and fire safety, and fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and fire passages should not be blocked.

Certificates and training- Production management and quality management training

Work experience requirements -More than 5 years of production-related experience in the industry, and more than 2 years of experience in the same position

Knowledge and skills requirements - Familiar with ISO9001 system operation, with experience and management knowledge in massage equipment production; knowledge of production management, and experience in production planning management; good coordination and communication skills, analytical and judgment skills, and strong organizational, planning and guidance skills。
