ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Intermediate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, mapping and optimizing business processes, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project objectives. You will play a key role in facilitating workshops, engaging with stakeholders, and presenting well-researched recommendations that support effective decision-making and process improvements.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

· Map and optimize business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency.

· Engage stakeholders through workshops, presentations, and clear communication of recommendations.

· Proactively identify and solve complex business problems.

· Perform data analysis to support decision-making and solution design.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Write test cases and testing steps to support quality assurance and validate solutions.

· Leverage experience with ServiceNow, preferably the HRSD module, to support platform-related initiatives.

COMPETENCIES

Core Competencies

· to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar related role

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, and business analysis.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 (M365).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience applying strategic thinking and problem-solving in a business environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience delivering effective presentations to stakeholders.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.

Complementary Competencies

· Experience proactively identifying and solving complex business problems.

· Background in data analytics to support insights and recommendations.

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably the HRSD module.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
