Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist who will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of all paid search campaigns. This role is central to driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for the company's B2B products. The ideal candidate is an expert in all facets of Google Ads, with a proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering exceptional return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube networks.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROAS.
  • Write compelling ad copy and develop A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance on a daily basis, making real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and new features in the Google Ads landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align PPC strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience in a B2B or SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and delivering a strong ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Google Ads certification(s) are required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
