About the role

Join our dynamic team a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer support and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. Located in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila, this role offers a competitive salary package of up to ₱28,000.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolving customer inquiries and and scheduling them effectively and efficiently
  • Providing service information and recommendations to assist customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Continuously enhancing your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare account / customer service representative role
  • MUST be willing to work full-time on-site in Ortigas, Pasig or Mandaluyong
  • Amenable to work in a nightshift schedule
  • CAN START ASAP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
  • Minimum qualification of High School Graduate required
