Sales Agent

Prime Auto Boutique, a leading automotive company, is looking for a Sales Agent.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to prospective customers, providing accurate information about available units, and ensuring excellent customer service from inquiry to vehicle release. The role includes handling client inquiries, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Handling
- Assist walk-in clients and respond promptly to online inquiries.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available promotions.
- Handle social media inquiries and generate leads through online platforms.
- Arrange and supervise test drives when required.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Documentation & Processing
- Prepare quotations, financing options, and necessary sales paperwork.
- Assist clients in completing loan documents and purchase requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, financing partners, and internal departments for approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation for unit release.
Product Knowledge & Representation
- Maintain updated knowledge of all available units, pricing changes, and inventory status.
- Attend meetings, product briefings, and sales training sessions.
- Represent Prime Auto Boutique professionally in all customer interactions.
Customer Care & After-Sales Support
- Provide clients with guidance on warranties, registration, and maintenance reminders.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and escalate after-sales concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- With sales experience (experience in Automotive, Real Estate, Telco & BPO sales is a big plus)
- Basic understanding of automotive features, specs, and financing options (trainable)
Skills & Abilities - Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good at customer handling and building rapport
- Able to present vehicles confidently
- Knows how to use Facebook, Messenger, TikTok, and Marketplace for online selling
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM, email)
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
- Strong follow-up skills; persistent but respectful
- Valid Driver's License (an advantage but not required)
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays (common in dealerships)
- Can work under pressure and hit monthly quotas
Bonus Qualifications (Optional but huge plus):
- Existing customer network
- Knows how to drive both MT & AT
- Has previous dealership connections
