Your role

As a Sales Agent, You Will

  • Outbound calling to a list of clients to discuss usage of products and services, with the goal of increasing customers' comfort level with the product and driving increased product usage
  • Utilize a Consultative Selling Approach to position the client as a competitive advantage to prospective customers
  • Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and queries in accordance with defined guidelines, processes, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed expectations by meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly performance targets
  • Ensure all leads are actioned within the company's defined guidelines
  • Deliver daily and weekly reports as required
  • Take full accountability for any necessary follow-up actions on behalf of the customer
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to position the client as a value-added provider

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • Working experience in sales, primarily outbound sales; at least 1 year of inbound sales experience
  • Preferably with work experience in the BPO or KPO industry
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment is essential
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Hardworking and trainable
  • Pleasing and outgoing personality
  • Willing to work in a graveyard or shifting schedules
