Purchasing Assistant

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience related to Purchasing Management or Procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Daily updating of purchasing reports.
- Execute of regular bids and purchasing transactions.
- Review PRs submitted through MS Flows PR System.
- Identify best purchasing method to use to obtain most competitive and advantageous price.
- Prepare and issuance of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and/or Bid Documents.
- Prepare of Bid Tabulation Report (BTR) for endorsement to appropriate approvers.
- Issuance of signed Notice of Award (NOA) and/or Letter of Regret (LOR) to suppliers.
- Monitor of on-time deliveries and payment processing of suppliers.
- Liaises between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers.
- Maintain and update the List of Accredited Suppliers/Contractors on a regular basis or when necessary.
- Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.

Work Location: South Caloocan (temporary) and Mandaluyong site.
Work Schedule: 4 days on site - 1 day work from home
Mandaluyong (new office- November 2025)
Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 2-3 months
Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
