Job Summary:
The Billing Assistant is responsible for supporting the billing and collection operations of the company. This includes preparing invoices, verifying billing information, ensuring accuracy of billing records, and assisting in monitoring accounts receivable. The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and issue invoices and billing statements accurately and on schedule.
- Verify billing data such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, and service reports.
- Record and maintain billing and collection records in the system.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies or payment issues.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Operations departments for billing concerns.
- Prepare monthly billing summaries and reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain organized records and support other accounting functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21,780.00 per month
