About the role

As a Medical Representative at Novomed, Inc.', you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's innovative medical products to healthcare professionals. This full-time role is crucial in driving the growth and success of our dynamic healthcare organization. You will leverage your strong sales skills and deep understanding of the medical industry to engage with doctors, pharmacists and other key decision-makers, ensuring our products are widely adopted to benefit patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers in your territory
  • Effectively communicating the features, benefits and unique selling points of our medical products
  • Providing product demonstrations and training to ensure healthcare professionals can optimize the use of our solutions
  • Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Updating customer records and preparing detailed sales reports

What we're looking for

  • Complete a Bachelor degree in business course or in medical course
  • Preferably with sales experience specializing in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical products landscape and the ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a diverse territory and client portfolio
  • A passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcome
  • With valid Driver's license, can drive both MT or AT
