The Role

Scriptmed, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Davao. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring the successful expansion of our business in this region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
  2. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and scientific evidence behind our product portfolio to healthcare professionals
  3. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform our product development and marketing strategies
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and excellent customer service
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  7. Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product developments

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including product knowledge, regulations, and market dynamics
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or healthcare management
