We are hiring an IT Program and Vendor Coordinator to support IT leadership in managing budgets, vendor communications, and project tracking. This role blends administrative support with program coordination and vendor oversight, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Must Have's

  • 3+ years of IT operations or administrative coordination experience
  • Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft 365 for reporting and documentation
  • Background in vendor management and contract coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing reports and supporting IT leadership

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Familiarity with Smartsheets or MS Project
  • Experience in managing IT budgets above $5M
  • Exposure to IT program or portfolio coordination
  • Background in vendor negotiations or SLA management

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience supporting IT vendor coordination and financial tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Support vendor contract tracking and renewals
  • Coordinate vendor communication for billing, invoices, and SLAs
  • Track IT program deliverables and milestones
  • Maintain project documentation and prepare reports
  • Assist in preparing presentations and updates for leadership
  • Provide high-level operational support to the CIO

Rate

Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php75,000.00 per month
