Our DXP Platform is seeking a Operations Analyst to join our team in Philippines. In this position you will Support IT Operations by handling daily responsibilities that require strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with a supportive team and leaders who are committed to guiding your success.
• Work in a flexible schedule with shifts ranging from as early as 6:00 AM to as late as 10:00 PM (no overnight shifts).
• Take part in weekend and holiday work as part of the role (after completing the training period).

About you

• This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years IT-related work experience who are eager to grow and build a strong foundation in technology and operations.
• Eagerness to learn and openness to taking on new challenges.
• Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, or technologies related to CMS, Akeneo PIM, Visual Studio, or E-commerce platforms is an advantage.
