Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Source candidates using platforms and techniques like LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
