Job Summary:
- The Creatives Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workflow and output of the creative team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. This role bridges the gap between creative direction and execution, supporting the Creative Manager / Marketing Group Head by managing resources, guiding designers and artists, and maintaining brand consistency across all content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the creative team, including graphic designers and multimedia artists.
- Assign projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising creative quality.
- Review creative work to ensure it meets brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Assist in developing templates, style guides, and processes to increase team efficiency and consistency.
- Support in brainstorming sessions, campaign development, and creative presentations.
- Review content and designs before they are published or released.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Solid portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and branding
- Proficient in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
