About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time Organizational Capability Development Officer role at City Savings Bank is responsible for developing and implementing programs to enhance the capabilities of the bank's employees. Based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a key role in supporting the bank's strategic objectives through talent development initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and delivering training programs to upskill employees across the organisation
  • Identifying competency and skills gaps, and implementing solutions to address them
  • Partnering with business leaders to align capability development initiatives with strategic goals
  • Facilitating workshops and group learning activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
  • Maintaining training records and providing progress updates to management
  • Collaborating with the HR team to support wider organizational development initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methods
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to analyze training needs, design tailored solutions, and measure impact
  • Experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks and career development plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
