About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as updating our website to reflect our brand and offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly within the consulting sector, and possess a creative flair for content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Campaigns:

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Create compelling Facebook ads that align with our consulting services, focusing on audience targeting, engagement, and conversion goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

• Content Creation and Management:

• Design and create engaging social media posts, including eye-catching graphics, informative videos, and impactful written content tailored to our consulting audience.

• Schedule and publish content consistently across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maintain an active online presence and enhance brand visibility.

• Edit video content by adding captions, enhancing visuals, and ensuring optimal format and quality for each platform, focusing on storytelling that resonates with our audience.

• Website Management:

• Update and maintain the company website, ensuring that content is fresh, relevant, and reflective of our current offerings and branding.

• Collaborate with team members to develop new landing pages, service descriptions, and blog posts that enhance our SEO and provide value to our visitors.

• Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• CRM Management:

• Update the CRM (whitelabelled version of Go High Level) with new leads generated from marketing efforts, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.

• Manage and segment the database to ensure targeted marketing efforts and efficient communication with potential clients.

• Administrative Support:

• Assist with calendar coordination, scheduling meetings, and managing client communications to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform data entry and manage CRM updates efficiently to support overall marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in the consulting industry highly regarded.
• Proven track record in creating and managing Facebook ads, with a solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio that showcases your work.
• Experience updating and managing website content, with familiarity in basic SEO principles.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Go High Level, and experience in maintaining accurate databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Canva for content creation and collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
