Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and manage local VAT invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales records and organize all related financial documents and invoices
  • Communicate effectively with third-party tax companies for timely tax filings and compliance
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite to create reports, maintain records, and support daily accounting tasks
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation
  • Perform other general accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) for internal and external communication
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office software
  • Familiarity with local tax regulations, especially VAT invoicing procedures
  • Experience working with sales records and document organization
  • Ability to coordinate with external tax consultants or companies
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
