The Accounting Staff is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable recording of all financial transactions of the company. The role supports management in monitoring company performance through proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.

The position also ensures proper tracking of production costs, inventory, and expenses to provide a clear picture of the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

  1. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions related to production, sales, and expenses.
  2. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and collection from customers.
  3. Prepare and monitor payroll, employee reimbursements, and related financial records.
  4. Handle bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  5. Assist in preparing financial reports, including cost monitoring and production expense analysis.
  6. Ensure compliance with government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and support internal/external audits.
  7. Monitor and reconcile inventory and raw material usage to align with accounting records.
  8. Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures.
  9. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales departments for financial data and reporting needs.
  10. Maintain organized accounting files and uphold confidentiality of financial information.
